Refund & Cancellation

Persons using the Adventure Afrika website for travel bookings will incur the following penalties for any cancellations or changes to travel bookings made through the Adventure Afrika website:

The following cancellation fees are applicable and will be calculated from the total cost of the confirmed travel plan:

30+ days notice: 25%

30 to 15 days notice: 50%

14 to 0 days notice: 100%
If a confirmed travel plan is changed or amended, Adventure Afrika reserves the right to charge a maximum of 2% on the total value of the changed or amended travel plan.
